PT. ALCAN PACKAGING FLEXIPACK has adopt “Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS)” Management for our all activity. We always call “EHS First”. EHS First can be integrated with other management system to help both its EHS and Business Objective. This system is applicable to all ALCAN Site, regardless of type, size, geography, culture, or context. EHS First seeks to foster the commitment, involvement, and ownership of all employees at every department of ALCAN.

Environment

PT. ALCAN Packaging Flexipack has been certified ISO 14001 for Environmental Management System (EHS). We strive to prevent and minimize adverse environmental impact, including waste, emission, and discharge from our operation. We manage our waste well with separation first from the source waste until recycle process and compliance with Indonesia Government Regulation. Some of our wastes are sent to legal supplier for next treatment.

PT. ALCAN Packaging Flexipack values human life above all else. We constantly work together to identify and eliminate health and safety risk in the workplace. We prepare Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for operator with high risk job and periodically checking employee health.

PT. ALCAN Packaging Flexipack has been certified OHSAS 18001 for Safety Management System. We motivate employee to achieve ALCA goal of zero work-related incident, injuries and occupational illness through training and supportive work environment. We conduct Internal Audit periodically to make sure implementation Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) are done well. We prepare our facility with fire preventive equipment to anticipate fire accident in our factory.
